Invitational meets are a fun and exciting experience for swimmers whose times qualify them for participation. We encourage every swimmer who qualifies to participate! For the 2010 Season, the Stingrays will participate in the following invitationals: Pentathlon, Summer Quest, Ponderosa and Red, White and Blue. Invitational meets are NOT part of the Stingray's regular season and it is the individual swimmer's responsibility to complete registration forms and pay for the events in which they qualify. However, Stingrays Invitationals Coordinators will collect and turn in registration materials. In addition, the Stingrays will provide coaching, practice and meet entries.
Qualifying Times
Swimmers may qualify for Invitationals during Time Trials, Dual Meets and Divisionals. Qualifying times for each Invitational meet are posted below, along with links to Stingrays Qualified Swimmers which will be updated after each dual meet.
Registration
Links to registration forms for the individual Invitational meets can be found below. To register, download and complete the form. Place the completed form, along with payment, in the Invitationals folder, located in the Family File Cabinet which is out during practices at the Longwood Bend pool. Late entries will be accepted only for swimmers who qualify for Invitationals during Divisionals. In this case, entry forms must be completed and turned in to the Invitationals Coordinator AT THE DIVISIONALS MEET.

SUMMER QUEST INVITATIONAL
Monday, June 7 & Tuesday, June 8, 2010 (evening meet)
This is a really fun, mid-season meet with many swimmers who qualify. Swimmers 12 & under must achieve a qualifying time; swimmers 13 years and older are invited to participate regardless of seed time.

For this meet, swimmers must enter all five events (fly, back, breast, free and IM). Qualifying times are a composite of all five events. Although there are no individual qualifying times, these must be submitted with registration.
