Practice is held at the Longwood Bend pool, located at the corner of Longwood Bend and Louetta, according to the practice schedules, below. Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three practices per week; those age 7 and up are asked to bring fins.
Remember that practice is not swim lessons. To sign up for individual lessons, please talk to coaches during practices or visit our Lessons page.
When bringing your swimmer to practice, please do not park on Longwood Bend as it creates a hazardous situation. If the pool parking lot is full, please park along the white fence on Kavanaugh. We appreciate your cooperation!

Rain Policy
Some practices will continue despite rain, but we will NOT conduct practices if there is thunder or lightning. We will make every attempt to post cancellations on the website Bulletin Board and possibly send out team e-mails. If you do not see it posted, use your judgment as a parent when deciding whether to send your swimmer to practice in the rain.

Regular Season Practice
Practices are offered four times a week at the Longwood Bend Pool according to the practice schedule below. Practices will be held in the evenings until school lets out for summer break. A new summer schedule with daytime practices will be posted as we get closer to the end of the school year.
Be sure not to miss practice on Fun Fridays! Our Spirit Squad is cooking up a bunch of "Hang Ten" fun for the season that our swimmers won't want to miss.
