2009 INFORMATION
Practices are offered four times a week according to the practice schedule below. Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three practices per week; those age 7 and up are asked to bring fins. Remember that practice is not swim lessons. To sign up for individual lessons, please contact our coaches using the links on the Parent Resources page.

The following practices will be offered for swimmers participating in the Red, White & Blue and Ponderosa Invitationals:
Morning Practice
Tuesday 6/23 through Friday 6/26
8:00 – 9:00 am - 13 and up
9:00 – 9:45 am - 6 &U and 7/8
9:45 – 10:45 am - 9/10 and 11/12
Evening Practice
Tuesday 6/23 and Wednesday 6/24 ONLY
6:00 - 7:00 pm - all age groups

Parking at the Longwood Bend Pool
The Longwood Bend pool is located at the corner of Longwood Bend and Louetta. While there is a double driveway, making drop off easier, parking is still tight at this pool.
We ask that you do not park on Longwood Bend as it creates a hazardous situation. If the pool parking lot is full, please park along the white fence on Kavanaugh. We appreciate your cooperation!
Parking at the Longwood Trace Pool
The Longwood Trace pool is located on Longwood Trace at Windshire. Please do not park on Longwood Trace; instead, park on ONE SIDE of Vanover or other adjacent street.
