This summer marks the 27th season of the Spring Cypress Stingrays, a neighborhood swim team dedicated to building confident athletes and strong community connections. Each year, more than 250 swimmers, ages 4–18, come together to learn the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, perseverance, and healthy competition.
Our team is proudly powered by parent volunteers who organize practices, coordinate weekly meets, and ensure every swimmer has an encouraging and positive experience. The continued success of the Stingrays is truly a reflection of our families and the local businesses who support us.
Your sponsorship directly impacts our swimmers. Contributions allow us to:
- Recruit and retain experienced, high-quality coaches who develop swimmers’ skills while mentoring them to reach their full potential
- Maintain and improve our facilities and equipment, including our new automatic timing system (2023) and starting blocks (2024)
- Offset operational expenses such as league dues, pool use, memberships, and insurance
- Fund our Rebecca Waterman Scholarship, awarded each year to graduating seniors in recognition of their dedication and leadership
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1999 and a proud member of the Northwest Aquatics League, the Stingrays practice daily from late April through June and compete in weekly Saturday meets throughout the summer. Our season culminates in divisional and citywide invitational meets, bringing together families from across the community.
Partnering with the Stingrays offers your business valuable visibility throughout the summer while demonstrating your commitment to supporting local youth and families. With hundreds of swimmers and spectators attending meets each week, sponsorship provides meaningful community exposure.
We invite you to join us for the 2026 season as we continue building strong athletes, confident leaders, and lasting community connections.
All sponsorship commitments are requested by April 10, 2026.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
