**Parking is only allowed along Louetta Road. No exceptions**

6-lane outdoor pool- 25 yards

All tents are set up outside the deck area on grass. 

Ready bench set-up covered on deck

Computer/clerk set-up covered on deck

Electronic starter & stopwatches used for timing

Volunteer Staffing Requirements (what we ask the visiting team to supply):

***Shift Change is after Event 42*** (2nd Shift Timers & Scribes please be on pool deck at the start of Event 42)

Ribbons

Ribbons will be counted and exchanged at end of meet in breezeway by concessions. Please send representative from team to breezeway at conclusion of the meet. 

Schedule

Stingrays warm up: 7:00 am

Visiting team warm up: 7:30 am

Morning relay changes due: 7:30 am to Clerk of Course

Official meeting at 8 am

Timing/scribe meeting poolside:  8:15 am

Meet start time: 8:30 am

Concessions

Cash or VENMO (SC Stingrays) transactions (no tickets)

Breakfast: available starting at 7:30 am

Chips, candy, sodas, water, Gatorade/Powerade available

Don't pack a breakfast or lunch! We will be serving great meal items at our concession stand.  You won't be disappointed. 

Parking

Drop-off is available.

Parking is available on Louetta Rd. (See Parking Map)

Do not park on Longwood Bend.

The parking lot is reserved for coaches, concessions and computers.

Do not park within 15 feet of fire hydrants, 20 feet or a crosswalk or intersection, or within 30 feet of a stop sign - these are all standard Texas laws and subdivision requirements, and please observe speed limits.
