Meet Set Up

• 6-lane outdoor pool- 25 yards
• All tents are set up outside the deck area on the grass
• Ready bench and computers are set-up and covered on deck
• Electronic starter and stopwatches used for timing
• The playground is closed during the meets

Volunteers

The meets are divided into two shifts. Shift 1 is events #1-40. Shift 2 is events #41-80. However, shift change is after event #42 is over. We ask that 2nd shift Timers and Scribes be on the pool deck at the start of event #42 for a timely transition.  

Your team should provide the following volunteers for the meet:

• Computers for Results Verification: 1 volunteer for both shifts
• Lane Timers: 6 volunteers per shift (x 2 shifts) 
• Head Timer: 1 volunteer for both shifts
• Scribe: 3 volunteers per shift (X2 shifts) 
• Ready Bench: 1 volunteer per shift (x 2 shifts)
• Ribbons: 1 volunteer to collect ribbons at the end of the meet

Concessions

Parking

• Drop-off is available
• Parking is only available on Louetta Road *no exceptions* (See Parking Map)
• Do not park on Longwood Bend
• The parking lot is reserved for coaches, concessions and computers

Please remember Texas law prohibits parking within 15 feet of fire hydrants, 20 feet of a crosswalk or intersection, and within 30 feet of a stop sign. Also take care to observe posted speed limits.
