This Saturday’s we are HOME against the Spring Creek Oaks Dolphins. Heat and Psych Sheets are attached.
**We strongly encourage that you and your swimmers begin hydrating Friday and continue to do so throughout the meet.**
You are responsible for cleaning up. Please pick up trash you have and make sure you take anything you brought from home with you! We want to keep our neighborhood and the ones we swim in as clean and neat as we found them, if not better.

Our meets cannot run without volunteers so please consider signing up if able. Contact Susan Knight at [email protected] if you can fill any of these positions.
Families assigned to Set Up and Break Down by last name will need to check in with Janelle Chandler at the trailer on Saturday before the meet when set up begins and after the meet when breakdown begins.

6:40 Volunteer check-in (Tent Parents need to be at their tents for their swimmer check in at 6:45)
8:00 Officials meeting (note change in time)
8:10 National Anthem
8:15 Timers and Scribes meeting (note change in time)
8:15 Load the ready bench
8:30 Meet starts
**Volunteer Shift Change - 2nd shift will start after Event #42 (Boys 6 & Under backstroke).**
Breakfast - coffee, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, and glazed donuts of course!
Lunch - pizza by the slice, pulled pork sandwiches, and pulled pork nachos & cheese.
NOTE FOR PRACTICES:
The gate by the restrooms CANNOT be propped open during practices. This is a liability per the Longwood HOA so please help us in adhering to this policy. So if you see it closed, please leave it that way.
