Divisionals will be held @ Cy Ranch High School this Saturday. Heat and Psych Sheets are attached.

17-June Spring Cypress @ Cy Ranch - Setup: MA-ME Breakdown: MI-MU 

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION: The meet is broken down into 5 shifts, but the same number of events as a typical meet with 2 shifts, so each shift is about 1/3 as long. Divisional's are separate from a dual meet volunteer shift requirement. With that being said we ask that if you have a swimmer swimming, that you volunteer at the meet. While there is no set number of shifts we are requiring, we ask that everyone sign up for more than 1 shift to help us fill our volunteer needs given that a shift is considerably less than a typical dual meet shift.

Currently we have 17 open shifts - 

  • 11/12 girls 4th and 5th shift 
  • 7/8 girls 5th shift 
  • 9/10 girls 4th shift 
  • Time verifier 5th shift 
  • Head Timer 5th shift 
  • Ready Bench 4th shift 
  • Ready Bench 5th shift (3) 
  • Ribbons 4th and 5th shift 
  • Ribbon writer 5th shift 
  • Safety Marshal 4th shift 
  • Timers/scribe 5th shift (3) 

If you are interested in any of these shifts job sign up is still open. 

TIMELINE FOR SATURDAY 

Upon arrival if you are volunteering, check in at the Volunteer table. ALL volunteers must check in at the volunteer table before the swim meet begins. Once checked in, take your swimmer to his/her designated area and check him/her in with their Tent Parent.

PEP RALLY 

When: Friday 5:30pm-7:00pm 

Location: 13610 Grant Rd. @ Lakewood Oak Estates Recreational Center (entry is inside the neighborhood off Cahill Ln.) 

Food: Frios Gourmet Pops will be there serving yummy treats for $4 each. They can accept Apple Pay, Cash, all Credit Cards, & Venmo for payment. 

TEAM PARTY 

Don’t forget to register. Deadline is tomorrow at 5pm! Make sure you are signed into the website. Sign up is under upcoming events. 


REMINDER: Please make sure that the interior gate to the bathroom isn't being propped open. HOA has had a few complaints. This may or may not have been us but just sending out a reminder. 

We strongly encourage that you and your swimmers begin hydrating Friday and continue to do so throughout the meet.
