Happy Fathers Day! Hopefully everyone had a great time at Divisional's yesterday! Please see attached meet results.

COACHES CORNER 

Good evening, and Happy Father's Day to all our Stingray dads of the team! 

Our regular season has come to a close, and although the score did not reflect it, everyone who showed up and did their best! For our swimmers who were on vacations and still swam, it's hard to compete after not being in the pool. Yall came back and put everything you had into your swims! That's something to be proud of! Our Pentathlon swimmers had amazing swims last Sunday, with many lifetime bests. Most swimmers can't swim lifetime bests every single weekend; but remember that progress is not always linear. Swimmers who were at practice showed improvement in their underwaters, kick tempo, and backstroke stroke counts. 

This coming week of practices will be ONLY for those who are participating in Red, White, and Blue, and/or Ponderosa. Practice times are posted on the website; they are different than our regular season schedule! These practices will focus on sprints and fine details that can make a swim faster.
