DIVISIONALS VOLUNTEER EMAIL - THE STINGRAYS NEED YOU

WooHoo! Divisionals! Below is some information that you will need. Anything in red is an alert that we need someone to fill a spot. If you have a swimmer at divisionals you are required to also have a volunteer there. Contact Holly Eubanks with any questions.

  • ALL VOLUNTEERS: Check in at the volunteer table by 2:40 pm.
  • ALL SWIMMERS: Check in at your tent by 2:50 pm. Warm-ups begin at 3:05 pm.
  • ALL PARENTS: The meet is at Klein Collins High School. Please arrive at 2:30 pm to give yourself time to park and make your way to the volunteer check in table by 2:40 pm.
  • ALL PARENTS: Please call or text Coach Elise (832-971-8494) if you have a sick swimmer and will be unable to attend. Please also call or text the Lisa Brewer (806-577-0631), if you will be unable to attend a meet.
  • ROADIES: Begin at 2:30 pm.
  • TENT PARENTS: Report to your tent no later than 2:45 pm. Your Head Tent Parent, Ernie Rodriguez will give you a clipboard with your age group swimmer list and a sharpie. Please check that all swimmers are accounted for and notify him if anyone is missing. Mark your swimmer’s arms using the sharpie for their individual swimming events. When events for your age group are called please put the swimmers that are in that event in order and walk them to the ready bench. Be ready to receive them at the end of their event and walk them back to the tent. (Tent Parents needed: 13 & up, 6 & under girls, 7/8 boys, 7/8 girls)
  • TIMERS & SCRIBES: Meeting at 3:15 pm. (2nd Shift Timer, Events 31 – 50 needed)
  • COMPUTERS: (Verifier, 3rd Shift, Events 51 – 80)
  • FLOATERS: Report to Lisa Brewer to find out where you are needed. (Shift 2, Events 31 – 50, Shift 3, Events 51 – 80 needed) 
  • OFFICIALS: Meeting at 3:00 pm.
