Good Morning Stingray parents.

This week marks your first chance to sign up to volunteer for our team.  Everyone's participation is very important to make Saturday run smoothly and be a great experience for our swimmers.  This email outlines a few lead spots still needed as well as important information regarding job sign up.  Please read all the way to the end. 

At this time, there are a few lead spots that need to be filled.  

Concessions: home meets  (we have a team of two dads, but would like at least one more person)

Photographer; for meets and fun Friday

Roadies

Consistent tent parent spots: Boys:  6/under; 9/10; 11/12.  Girls: 6/under

Please let me know if you are interested in filling any of these spots.  

Time trials job sign up information

Tonight will be the first opportunity to sign up for those important volunteer jobs. The job sign up will open at 8:00 PM and close on Wednesday. Please sign up as soon as you can so we know what spots need extra attention.

To locate sign-up log into www.scst.swimtopia.com; go to Events, and click on the "job sign-up" box under Time Trials. Once you have clicked "job sign-up", you will need to select the person that will be volunteering. Then on the next page, you will be able to select the job that you want.  

Most jobs do not require any experience.  If the job is listed as preassigned, it does require special approval.  Please do not sign up for those; unless given preapproval.

On the day of the meet; ALL volunteers must check in at the volunteer table before the swim meet begins. A timeline of arrivals will be sent out later in the week.

For time trials, all jobs are for the full day. Dual meets will have a shift 1 and shift 2.  Please be prepared to stay until the end this week.

Good job submitting those checks this week.  There are still a few families that have not submitted.  Please remember if we do not have a check; your swimmer cannot swim the Shenandoah meet.
