We will set up outside the pool area, in the small parking lot & the gated area under the trees (next to the small lot)- it will be blocked off.

ALL PARENTS: Please make sure your swimmer knows who their tent parent is before you leave them and that they know not to leave without their tent parent knowing. Once your swimmer is finished for the day please do not leave without checking out with your child’s tent parent.

ALL PARENTS: Please call or text Coach Elise 832-971-8494 if you have a sick swimmer and will be unable to attend. Please also contact Lisa Brewer 806-577-0631 if you are unable to fulfill your volunteer spot.

ROADIES: Arrive at 6:30 am. Parents will be there to help set up tents at 6:40.We still need a few permanent Roadies for the season. Please contact Lisa Brewer if you are interested in fulfilling this spot.806-577-0631

TENT PARENTS: Please see Lisa Brewer or Jennifer Milano upon checking in. Report to your tent no later than 7:10. Jennifer will give you a clipboard with your age group swimmer list and a sharpie. Please check that all swimmers are accounted for and notify Jennifer if anyone is missing. Mark your swimmer’s arms using the sharpie for their individual swimming events. When an event for your age group is called, you will need to make sure all swimmers make it to the ready bench. Be ready to receive them at the end of their event and walk them back to the tent. Also, do not allow swimmers to play on the playground if there is one.

OFFICIALS: Please report to Tom Lightfoot

TIMERS & SCRIBES: Meet at the main pool entry at 8:00.

COMPUTERS: Computer room is inside.After checking your swimmer in, please report to this area.

READY BENCH: When you hear the announcement for Timers/Scribes please report to the ready bench area. We need one ready bench person for the second shift.

CONCESSIONS: Opens at 7:30am. Cash Only. Coffee, donuts, breakfast tacos, fruit, chips, candy, sodas, water, Gatorade, Pizza & Sandwiches

11 AND UP SWIMMERS:Please tell your 11 and up swimmers to go by the coaches tent after each event for coach’s feedback.

Directions to the Shenandoah Pool

The entrance to the parking lot for the pool is located across the road from Christ Community School (1619 Wellman Rd, Shenandoah, TX 77384). DO NOT park on Wellman or in the neighborhoods.

There will be a triathlon in The Woodlands on Saturday. If you follow the directions below it should help you avoid road closures.

From I-45: Take the Research Forest exit and head west. Make a right on Grogan’s Mill Road heading north. Follow this road (pay attention to the speed limit) to Wellman Road. Make a right on Wellman. Go straight through stop sign. Parking lot and pool are on your right.

It is very important that we park only in those spaces designated for swim team families to park in. Below is a map showing where parking is available. Please note that the areas in RED are NO PARKING ZONES Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

Please do not forget to contact Coach Elise 832-971-8494 if your swimmer will not make the meet. This is important when it comes to lane assignments.
