Hello Stingray families,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day and was able to enjoy the beautiful weather.

This next couple weeks we will be aiming for swimmers to qualify and declare for invitationals. We will be sitting up a table for Jessica Ortego (our invitationals lead) to
answer any questions you may have. Also, be on the lookout for an email with
additional information.

I hope everyone is ready for our next dual meet this weekend against our neighbors the Northpoint Shockwaves.

Their parking for the meet seems even more complicated than ours. Please make sure you look over the map to help them out as we know how important parking is.

ALL PARENTS: Please check swimmers in with their tent parents before heading to your volunteer spot. Make sure they know they need to stay in their tent the whole meet. Relays will be reported at the tent.

ALL PARENTS: Please contact Coach Nina if you have a sick swimmer
and will be unable to attend. Please also contact Lisa Brewer 806-577-0631 if you are unable to fulfill your volunteer spot.

TENT PARENTS: Please see Lisa Brewer or Jennifer Milano upon checking in. Report to your tent no later than 7:15. Jennifer will give you a clipboard with your age group swimmer list and a sharpie. Please check that all swimmers are accounted for and notify Jennifer if anyone is missing. Absent swimmers need to be reported to Jenny by 7:50. Mark your swimmer’s arms using the sharpie for their individual swimming events. When an event for your age group is called, you will need to make sure all swimmers make it to the ready bench. Be ready to receive them at the end of their event and walk them back to the tent. Also, do not allow swimmers to play on the playground.

OFFICIALS: Please report to Jason Mangold at 7:45

TIMERS & SCRIBES: Meet in the pool area at 8:15.

READY BENCH: When you hear the announcement for Timers/Scribes please report to the ready bench area.
