Hello Stingray families-

This weekend will be our last home meet of the season. We need everyone, swimmers and parents, to show up and give it their best.

Concessions: Don’t forget to visit the concessions stand for breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks.

The team store will be open. We have shirts from previous years as well as goggles if needed. Come by for your stingray gear.

This week we are going to try something new. We are going to update the events in the Swimtopia app. It should give you push notifications when your swimmers are coming
up. Please work with us as we work the kinks out. Download the app and log into the meet.

All Volunteers: Please make sure you check in at the volunteer table first thing if you are signed up for a spot. If you are signed up for second shift and do not get there until later, please text or find me when you get to the meet so I can mark you off. If you are not able to make the meet to fulfill your spot; it is extremely important that you text me so I can fill that role. All positions are extremely important to make the meet run efficiently. Sick/Missing swimmers: Text Coach Nina 281-787-5613 if your swimmer will miss the meet.

Swimmers are to remain in their age group tent. The playground is off limits.

Absent swimmers need to be reported to head tent parent Jenny Milano by 7:30.

One Last thing: If you have any questions/concerns/compliments at the meets; please look for any of the board members wearing the yellow shirts.
