Remember to log in and declare your swimmers for three events (coach may move swimmers) by Tuesday evening by 8:00 PM and sign up for your volunteer positions for the meet by Thursday evening.

If you need to leave early please make sure to add the request when declaring events!

Meter Pools

Our last two meets are at Forest Oaks on June 1 and Shenandoah on June 8. These are both meter pools, which are slightly longer than the yard pools your swimmers are used to, which means longer times. This means that your swimmers times will look “worse” the next two meets, but the Swimtopia meet system will convert the times back to yards after we swim. Converted times are typically noted.

Meet Pictures… Meet pictures are posted, and the SmugMug link is on the website (https://www.scstingrays.net/smugmug-1). Proceeds from SmugMug go to the team. Please don’t post the actual link publicly, but feel free to share with friends and family.
