Please see attached parking map for practices. There is NO PARKING on Longwood Bend.

PRACTICE RULES FOR PARENTS

• Please stay off the Deck during practices 
• Please don't try to talk to the coaches during practice so they can focus on the swimmers. 
• You can talk to them when practices are over or contact Coach Emily at [email protected] .
• Please don't try to talk to the kids during practice - they need to focus on the coaches. 
• Coaches have to pay attention to the swimmers in the pool, they can not keep an eye on swimmers/siblings playing on the pool grounds. 
• No swimmers allowed in the baby pool during practice or meets.

VOLUNTEER CHECKS

Just a reminder to drop off your volunteer check for $300 at the front desk during practice this week. Please make the check payable to Spring Cypress Swim Team. More information regarding volunteer duties will be sent out in the upcoming weeks before time trials. 

PARKING RAFFLE!!! 

Help us raise money to fund new starting blocks and enter for a chance to win 1 of 4 reserved parking spots in the parking lot during ALL home meets this season! 

• Prize: Reserved parking spot at 2023 home meets Price: $10 per entry 
• How: Send $10 to the Stingrays Venmo @scst-stingrays with your name and "RAFFLE" in the notes section. If you are unable to pay via Venmo and would still like to enter the raffle contact Lacey Picariello at [email protected] to pay with cash 
• When: All raffle entries must be received by Thursday, May 4. Winners will be announced Friday, May 5 and contacted via email or phone.

PLEASE NOTE: For some of the bigger group practice times like ages 7/8 there may or may not be seating available for everyone. Its a good idea to bring a chair to sit in if you do not want to stand the whole time.
