Happy Thursday Stingrays! 

Spring Cypress vs StoneGators Swim meet will be this Saturday. This will be our first away meet! Please read through this entire email. It has all the information you will need for Saturday. Heat and Psych Sheets are attached.

Owner/nurse practitioner Amy Calder has been practicing for almost 30 years and operates her clinic under the medical supervision of Dr. Randy Birken of the Woodlands.   • To get to the pool, all vehicles will go through the left lane at the guard house. 
  • Tell the guard you are attending the swim meet. 
  • Follow parking signs and parking attendants' instructions. 
  • Parking is allowed only on one side of the street to allow for cars and emergency vehicles to pass safely. 
  • No parking on the grass. 
  • Please do not block residents' driveways. 
  • The covered basketball pavilion will be shared with the home and visiting teams.
  • Visiting teams are more than welcome to bring tents to set up in visitor grassy areas or on the outside of the pool fence. 
  • The Playground, Volleyball Court & Golf Course are all off limits 
  • There is no tent set-up in the pool area 

PARENT INFO: Any child that is under the age of 10 should not be left at the meet alone under any circumstances. If you need to leave the premises please let the tent parent know that another person will be in charge of your child in case of an emergency. Please be sure to bring your own tent to sit under with your family. The kids tents are reserved for our swimmers and for tent volunteers only.

  • Head Tent Parent Assistant - 1st shift

Upon arrival if you are volunteering, check in at the Volunteer table. ALL volunteers must check in at the volunteer table before the swim meet begins. Once checked in, take your swimmer to his/her designated tent and check him/her in with the Tent Parent. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not signed up for a shift but want to volunteer to take over a shift for someone that may not have shown please be sure to check in at the volunteer table first. We need to make sure we have you as the designated volunteer for that specific shift.

Based on the meet schedule it is scheduled to end about 2:30pm 

VOLUNTEER HOURS: We have received several emails stating that people did not get credit for extra volunteer hours for Time Trials. Everything has been updated and everyone has received extra hours. 


For breakfast there will be Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches, Taco’s & Muffins. For lunch there will be Burgers, Sausage, Pasta, Pizza Drinks & Snacks. Cash, Venmo & Square accepted. 

We strongly encourage that you and your swimmers begin hydrating Friday and continue to do so throughout the meet.
