New Lead Roles!
Introducing new lead volunteer roles to help spread the work and make the season more efficient and fun. Great for parents who want to get involved without joining the full board!

  1. Sponsorship–develops sponsorship levels and appropriate incentives for each level, contacts companies to secure sponsorships, develops and orders banner and signs promoting the sponsors, provides sponsor write up to Secretary for weekly email, provides Sponsor of the week information to DJ at home meets, handles sponsor set up at meets, and orders and coordinates delivery of appreciation plaques at end of season.  (Qualifies for all 6 required volunteer shifts)
  2. New Ray–point of contact for families that are new to the team. Has a meet and greet/information session with new families. Helps to explain swimmer declaration, stroke selection, volunteering, invitationals, divisionals. (Qualifies for 3 volunteer shifts)
  3. Team Spirit β€“ Schedules Spirit Nights (Marcos, Chickfila, Crust, Stone Cold, Cookin with Kim and any additional); advertises spirit nights to team, including posting flyers around the pool deck and creating social media posts/emails to be posted by Board Secretary; creates calendar of spirit nights and provides to parents; schedules and advertises Friday practice Snocones; shows up to the pool when Snocone company arrives to direct where to park and set up; schedules Jeremiahs for meets; Purchases and keeps stock of Fun Friday treats & supplies that coaches request; purchases meet trinket giveaways; purchases pep rally supplies. (Qualifies for all 6 required volunteer shifts)
