Dear Stingray Families,

After an incredible season, we're looking forward to coming together to celebrate our Stingrays and all they have accomplished this summer—rain or shine!

As of 5:00 PM today, the board has made the collective decision to move forward with the Team Party tomorrow evening as planned. While the forecast indicates the possibility of rain, we will continue monitoring weather conditions closely throughout the day and will communicate any necessary updates.

To help simplify logistics and reduce some weather-related variables, we've adjusted our menu from a nacho bar to a pizza party. We know our swimmers will be just as excited to enjoy some pizza while celebrating a fantastic season with their teammates!

Of course, safety remains our top priority. In the event that severe weather or thunderstorms make it impossible for us to gather, we do have a backup plan. If we are completely rained out, families will be invited to stop by the pool to pick up swimmers' medals directly from the coaches so that every Stingray still receives the recognition they've earned this season.

We are hopeful that the weather will cooperate and that we'll be able to celebrate together as originally planned. This season has certainly taught all of us the value of flexibility, and we are incredibly grateful for your patience, support, and willingness to adapt along the way.
