7:00 WARM UPS FOR STINGRAYS

7:30 WARM UPS FOR VISITING TEAM

8:00 OFFICIALS MEETING (WILL MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT)

8:15 TIMER AND SCRIBE MEETING (WILL MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT)

8:15 NATIONAL ANTHEM, TEAM PRAYER AND CHEER

8:30 MEET STARTS

TENT TEAMS (RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FAMILIES ABOVE VOLUNTEER SHIFTS)

Set Up: Swimmer’s last name begins with H or T.

Break Down: Swimmer’s last name begins with R.

**Parents please remember that during the meet, the volunteer TENT PARENTS need to know where swimmers are-even when they are with you. It is the responsibility of the tent parent to walk the swimmers to the ready bench and to collect them at the end of the race to escort back to the tent. Swimmers need to be in their tents during the meets. Keep in mind that it may be a tight squeeze in the tent, so parents may want to find a spot nearby to set up their chairs to ensure there is enough room for the swimmers.
