7:00 RELAY SWIMMERS CHECK IN **SCRATCHED IF NOT CHECKED IN BY 7:45AM**

7:00 SWIMMERS CHECK IN AT THE TENTS

7:10 WARM UPS FOR STINGRAYS

7:50 OFFICIALS MEETING

8:00 TEAM PRAYER AND CHEER

8:15 TIMER AND SCRIBE MEETING

8:30 MEET STARTS

(RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FAMILIES ABOVE VOLUNTEER SHIFTS)

Set Up: Swimmer’s last name begins with D or E.

Break Down: Swimmer’s last name begins with M.

**For the safety of ALL swimmers, they must stay in the age group assigned tent during the meet. Parents, please do not collect your swimmer at the pool after they are done swimming as the tent parents are trying to gather the group to head back to the tent. You may follow them back there. Please provide a small cooler with snacks/drinks and entertainment so that they can stay in the tent while awaiting the next race and not need to go find you for something. The Tent Parents are in charge during this time. Please be sure to check your swimmer IN and OUT with the tent parent.

Meter Pool: MNW is a meter pool. Please be aware times have been converted from the yard pool times.

Invitational Info Table: Be sure to stop by to ask any questions you may have about Summer Thunder

Concessions: Full concessions for breakfast and lunch.

Bathrooms: Inside the pool area in the breezeway at the main entrance

Results: Will be posted on the side of the building next to the pool

Heat Sheets: Will be on sale at Concession stand ticket sale table for $3.00/sheet. Psych sheet is attached at the bottom of this email.
