Here's the rundown for the week! Lots of things going on so please read carefully:
TIME TRIALS RSVP AND VOLUNTEER SIGN UP: Goes LIVE at 8PM tonight and will close Tuesday 11:59PM. Swimmers will swim all strokes allowed within age group. Please review the Parent Handbook (https://scst.swim-team.us/ Parent Info-Stingrays Handbook) to read volunteer job descriptions or email Holly Eubanks with questions about a position's responsibilities ([email protected])
TIME TRIAL TENT DUTY: Set Up: Swimmer’s last name begins with A or F
Break Down: Swimmer’s last name begins with C, I or J
TIME TRIALS MAKE-UPS: WED. MAY 3 for 10 & Under, THURS MAY 4 for 11& Up. Note that Time Trials are NOT OPTIONAL. If you have a circumstance that has been cleared with Coach Elise and you will miss Saturday TT, your swimmer will NEED a time to compete in future meets. Please make plans to stay after or before regular practice to time your swimmer. Stopwatches are provided.
INDIVIDUAL PICTURES: Thursday May 4th from 4-7:30pm. Most families in the past have taken photos before their practice and in team suit. Order forms and payments due at picture time. You will want the button!
POOLSIDE MEALS: PDQ Truck will be back on Thursday!
BAKE SALE: Friday May 5 Let's enjoy some delicious baked goods at practice to support the awesome More Than 4 Campaign! We would love to take some baked good donations. Contact Sharon Thomas with questions or drop off: [email protected]

PARKING: Reminder that we are not allowed to park along Longwood Bend. No exeptions.
