Greetings Stingrays! Here's what's coming up this week:

Registration is still open! In order to start practice, you must be registered.

TUESDAY: Practice for NEW Stingray swimmers begins. Please see website for your appropriate time and equipment needed. GO TO: "TEAM" tab, Then "PRACTICE". 

WEDNESDAY: Practice for ALL Stingray swimmers. 

If you miss a day, you miss a lot!

*It may be a good idea to bring some Swimmer's Ear or alcohol drops to use after practice to avoid ear infections 

POOLSIDE MEALS:

Locatellis pizza will be available for pre-order through end of practice Thursday night.  Signup sheet will be by the check-in binder.

• Pizza will be delivered Friday by 5:30 PM.
• All pizzas are large with choice of cheese or pepperoni.
• Cost is $15 per pizza – please bring cash or check on Friday when picking up.

PDQ will be selling chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches at Thursday’s practice
