Just a few notes regarding the upcoming Red, White & Blue/Ponderosa Invitationals:

The closing date & time for entering your kiddos in these Invitationals is tomorrow night, Friday, by midnight.   In case your swimmer does not currently have a qualifying time, but is close to it, your kids are still able to qualify this Saturday at Divisionals.  In that case, if they make RW&B or Ponderosa in any events they swim on Saturday, you must text Coach Elise if you believe your child has made a qualifying time.  This will allow Coach Elise to review this info & make any new entries by Saturday evening. 

As with Summer Thunder, there are fees associated with Red, White & Blue & Ponderosa.  Individual events are $5 per event.  (Stingrays will pay for relay events.)  We are requesting that families submit payments for their RW&B/Ponderosa events with checks payable to SCST.  I am asking that checks be turned into me by next Thursday, June 23rd.    Checks can be placed in my family folder (Ruland) at practices during the upcoming week or can be given to me personally (I will be at Divisionals on Saturday).  Also, you can deliver to me at the pool party on Monday or you can drop off at my house located at 13507 Catalano Ct (red box on porch) if you would prefer to drop off there as well. 

The RW&B and Ponderosa meet invites are posted on the website in the Links section.  Once our entries have been submitted over the weekend, we will receive updated Invitational information regarding warm up times, lane assignments, volunteer requests, etc, which I will forward out to everyone first part of next week.  Should you have any questions regarding the Invitationals, look for me (Melissa) at the Divisional meet on Saturday or email me at [email protected].  Thanks!
