Parents,

Here’s a neat trick that allows you to see what events your kids are entered in for swim meets:

After signing in on the team website:

Click the Action Tab on the right side of the screen, below “Welcome (Your Name)”

Choose Parent Page under “Actions”

On the left side, under the Green Update Profile button, there are four headings:  Commitments, RSVP, Volunteer and Purchases.  Next to each one is an up-arrow.  Click on the up-arrow next to Commitments.

The screen will show each upcoming meet you have committed to, and the number of events your swimmers have been entered in.

Click on the swimmer icon next to the number of events, and wait for a minute.  Your swimmer’s events for that meet should be listed for you, and the initial number of relay entries.  Remember, relay teams are fluid and can change up to the ready bench.
