Greeting Stingrays! Here is your week-at-a-glance for this week!

MEET DECLARATION and Volunteer Sign Up- is NOW OPEN for the meet at HOME this Saturday, May 21st vs. Cypress Mill. Please go to the Home web page and declare your swimmer and sign up for your job. Both Meet declaration and job sign up OPEN at 8pm on the Sunday prior to the meet. This will be the same each week. Meet info/details are on the web page under the "Swim Meet Tab", then "This Week's Meet"

• To sign up: RSVP button- click YES or NO..RSVP button has changed.  Unlike previous instructions, everyone needs to click on RSVP and respond appropriately for each swimmer.  Comments about late arrivals or early departures should be placed there also.  You must see the “Your RSVP was saved successfully” line to know it was saved.    Afterward, click on the swimmer button and choose 2 events.  If you have problems either with RSVP or signing up for events, please send Coach Elise an email in advance of the Tues midnight deadline and she will sign you up Wed morning. Have an emergency or sick swimmer? please text Coach Elise 832-971-8494.  Please do not use email or speak to Coach Elise directly without also sending a text.

FAMILY FILE FOLDERS- Each family has a file folder. They are located in the breezeway (on the swimmer sign-in table) during all practices. Check it often for ribbons, notes, etc.

FUN FRIDAY THIS WEEK-This Friday the Spirit Squad will be doing Silly Socks and/or Pajama Races with a Cannon Ball Contest. The swimmers can choose to wear silly socks or pajamas, whatever they prefer.

FRIDAY BAKE SALE- Craving something sweet and home baked? We are having a bake sale!! We need home baked goods to sell at practice on FUN FRIDAY (May 20). All proceeds go right back to the swim team. Please bring any items you would like to donate to practice on Friday. Wanna drop your baked goods off early? Contact Pam Kuhn: [email protected], and we will be glad to take them to the sale for you.

SMUG MUG PHOTOS-Please do not forget that all proceeds from the sale of downloads, prints and other items purchased through the team’s SmugMug site will benefit our swimmers.  Not to mention that it is so easy to select and order reasonably priced pictures to be shipped directly to grandparents and other relatives and friends both near and far.  So easy and greatly appreciated by all!
