a few notes for the upcoming meet and a housekeeping item....

• DECLARE your swimmer by MIDNIGHT tonight...thank you to those who have already done this! If you completed a time trial make up, those times should be entered tonight and you can declare your swimmer once times are posted. Please do this before midnight.
• VOLUNTEER JOB- please sign up for your job- you have until FRIDAY to do this!
• TENT PARENTS- Please read the document under the TEAM TAB then click on TENT PARENT INFO
• POOL AREA- please do not bring your animals to the pool area. Per our HOA rules- dogs, and other pets are not allowed inside the pool gates. :-)

  (FAMILY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FAMILIES ABOVE 6 VOLUNTEER SHIFTS) This is done on the honor system. Each family will be assigned a tent assignment over the course of the season. If you cannot fulfill your assignment, please ask someone to trade with you, so the job will be fulfilled.
