Hi Stingrays! Its almost go time!

Just a reminder of the time line and few details:

TIMELINE

**Upon arrival check in at the volunteer table and swimmers check in at your areas*

4:15  13 and up warm up 

4:30  11/12 warm up

4:45  7/8 and 9/10 warm up

5:05  6 and under warm up

5:20  Last warm up finishes. Please make your way to the team photo area.

5:30  Team Picture

5:30  Timers and Scribes meet during team picture. All volunteers meet with your lead.

5:45  Load the ready bench

5:50  National Anthem

5:55  Meet starts

• Parking is available on Kavanaugh Lane and Louetta Road. DO NOT PARK ON LONGWOOD BEND. The parking lot is reserved for coaches, officials, concessions and computers. * See parking map for details
• Playground is OFF LIMITS to all swimmers.
• There will be no tent set up or tent break down for time trials.

CONCESSIONS: Have dinner at the pool...

Menu includes: pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, chili dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chips, sweets, gatorade, water, soda.

 $5 meal: hot dog, chilidog, hamburger, cheeseburger OR Pulled Pork sandwich with chips and drink.

TEAM STORE: All pre-orders will be available for pick up at time trials. Payment must be made at pick-up, and can be made via cash, credit card or check. There will also be spirit items, goggles, caps and bungees for sale.
